- Monday 30 October 8.30 arrival for 9am start, 5pm finish
- Tuesday 31 October 9am start, 5pm finish
- Wednesday 1 November 9am start, 5pm finish
We will have 3 scheduled breaks each day, and opportunities for quiet reflection, conversation, and fun
Participation fees
The following fees include:
- Full participation in the training

- $660- $1060 (excluding GST and accommodation)
We invite you to be in this exploration with us as we look to build capacity in Victorian communities, cover all costs, contribute to supporting the international community and allow the hosts to receive some payment in recognition of their offering.
We offer a sliding scale of $AU660 - $1060 (excluding GST) that will include participation in the 3 day training, food during training hours, and resources. You will also have your choice of accommodation and meal packages to suit your budget when you register for this residential training.
So, with our sliding scale and accommodation options, you decide what you consider to be a fair price for this training, or within your training budget, and we also hope that you consider offering a little more which could support others to attend. If this is still beyond your capacity, please talk to us, or indicate this on your registration form. Help us walk our talk to assist as many willing people as possible to attend.

How to pay?
You will need to complete both registration and payment to confirm your place at the training.
Nominate your participation fee amount and your accommodation choice on the registration form, and once we receive that we will send you an invoice for payment. This will have all details for payment by direct deposit. If you need a purchase order number, or any other detail, included on your invoice, please let us know.

Cancellation policy
The tricky thing in preparing for an event is that all the planning depends upon the number of people who come.
It's important that you let us know of any change in circumstances as soon as you are able.

- If you cancel your registration on or before 30 September you will receive a full refund of all fees, less a $50 administration fee
- If you cancel between 1 October and 23 October, you will receive 50% of all fees back, less a $50 administration fee
- If you cancel from 24 October, we are unable to offer a refund
- Of course, you may give your place to someone else without any surcharge
